I can’t wait to eat my favorite cookies on Hari Raya! Pineapple tart, ‘Makmu’r cookies, ‘Suji’ cookies, Almond London, Honey Cornflakes and many more. We think Hari Raya is only for a month right, so we can eat whatever we want but the calories think otherwise. It is saying if you are not watchful. I will pile on your stomach and thigh.

So if you’re eating more than 10 pieces of cookies in a month, you need to say hello to extra weight accumulation to your body. If you don’t burn it by doing exercise, you will gain extra weight.
