First of all, we have to understand everything that happens to our self is with the permission of Allah swt. Hence we have to find ways to reduce stress. Here are two easy ways to reduce the stress:

  1. Imagine that you look at seawater and observe the flow of waves. At first, we felt nothing. But in 2 to 5 minutes, our mind will start to calm down ….. and we will feel calm.
  2. Imagine that you lie on the beach sand and observe the cloud movement. It will also help to calm your mind.
